J. Suresh born & brought up in Chennai, Suresh did his schooling at Don Bosco, Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai & his Masters specialized in Human Resources from Madras University.

Suresh has more than two decades of in-depth experience in the entire gamut of Human Resources Development right from the Strategic HR to Operational HR in Indian, American & British Multinational organizations; he has a very good understanding of various culture & country practices pertaining to HR process & systems. He is a quick learner & very creative person, he tries to do every new initiatives of his own & willing to do mistakes, which has become his measuring methodology & a learning opportunity, this attitude brought him the confidence to face any challenges in his career as well as with his professional competitors.

He also believes in automation, during his career tenure he invented the HRMS tool a complete HR automation system which as very unique process & methodologies for an employee to have peaceful HRMS process environment, his core automation strategy is (SPS)- System People System, which enables more accuracy, time saving & cost effective. Suresh is currently concentrating on Predictive analysis in HR – which is beyond imagination.

Suresh exposures to towards working with international consultation & HR projects experience includes with limitless leading consulting firms like, Hay Group, Watson Wyatt, Towers Watson, Deloitte, PWC, KPMG, Hogan’s & Thomas Profiling.
Suresh represented & participated several International conferences related to Business HR & HR developments with regard to HR Strategic approach for India in Asia Pacific level.
